This page explains what MaxBid ("MaxBid", "we") collects through maxbid.ae, why, and what you can do about it. MaxBid is a tool for vehicle dealers, so this policy is written for that audience rather than as generic boilerplate.
What we collect
- Dealer access requests. When you submit the access form, we store the name, dealership/company, WhatsApp number and (optional) email you provide.
- Deal unlock requests. When you unlock the full breakdown on a public deal, we store the WhatsApp number or email you provide, along with which listing you unlocked.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) are kept for security and abuse prevention, and to keep the public live-search feature from being overloaded by a single source.
We do not ask for payment details, national ID numbers, or trade license documents through this site. We do not sell contact data to third parties.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your access or unlock request over WhatsApp or email.
- To operate and secure the site, and to prevent automated abuse of the free public search.
- To understand which deals and sources dealers actually find useful, so we can improve the model.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of dealer access, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by reaching out through the contact page. We will action reasonable requests without unnecessary delay.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
